Sarum Systems Ltd is an East Anglia-based fire and security company specialising in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms, access control, emergency lighting and related systems — for both homes and businesses.
We design, install, commission and maintain complete fire and security systems across East Anglia and the surrounding area. For homeowners, that means discreet, high-definition CCTV, wireless intruder alarms and smart app control so you can check on your property from anywhere. For businesses, it means compliant fire alarm systems, commercial-grade access control, emergency lighting, fire door inspections, extinguisher servicing and monitored intruder alarms — all backed by ongoing maintenance plans that keep everything working and audit-ready.
Our approach is simple: one accountable team handles every stage, from the first survey through to years of servicing. We don't pass work between contractors or disappear after the install. Every system we fit is designed around your property and your risks, commissioned properly, and maintained for the long term.
We work with homeowners across East Anglia who want professionally installed, reliable security — CCTV that actually deters intruders, alarms that work when it matters, and the peace of mind of knowing your home is protected. We also work with commercial clients of every size, from single-unit retail and offices to warehouses, HMOs, residential blocks and multi-site portfolios, providing the fire safety, security and compliance systems they need to protect staff, stock and premises.
Sarum Systems Ltd is based in Harlow, Essex. Our engineers are local, fully trained and experienced across the full range of fire and security disciplines — meaning you get specialists, not generalists, and people who know the area. We're built on straightforward, honest service: clear advice, clean installations, proper commissioning and maintenance that keeps your systems compliant and ready for the life of the system.
Whether it's a home CCTV install or a full commercial fire and security system, we'll design the right solution for you.
