We design on Paxton Net2, Paxton10 or Paxton Entry depending on the size of the job, take over existing systems, and attend maintained systems within three hours. Surveys are free.

The industrial estates on the north and east side of Witham, around Eastways, Freebournes, Crittall Road and Perry Road, hold everything from single trade counters to manufacturing and distribution buildings, with schemes like Opus Business Park split into smaller units. Many have staff arriving at different times and drivers and visitors turning up all day. In the town centre, Newland Street's pattern of shops with flats above and long plots behind means separate front and rear doors, shared yards, and residents who need their own way in that does not run through the business. Newer blocks of flats need door entry that residents can actually use without a manual. Schools across the town need a single, managed visitor route during the day and a different pattern again for evening lettings and clubs. External fittings have to respect local rules, and we always work to the guidance published by Braintree District Council.
On a shared or subdivided unit, the aim is to stop managing keys. We give each business its own doors and users, and the landlord keeps the gate and shared entrance, with every opening logged against a named fob. For larger sites with deliveries, we add a video intercom at the gate so someone can see the driver before letting them in. Flats above shops on Newland Street get their own video entry, so residents never need to come through the shop and the business never leaves a door on the latch. Schools get timetabled locking built around reception. Where a building is listed, we choose readers and lock hardware that suit the door rather than fight it. Every escape door we control releases when the fire alarm activates and opens from inside without a credential.
